BY CONFIRMING A BOOKING WITH US YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.   PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION THOROUGHLY.
 

1. If you choose to enter the pool with your dog, you do so at your own risk....
2. Due to insurance purposes, Children under 16 years old are not permitted to enter the pool. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
3. Dogs must not be pushed, shoved or thrown into the pool. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave.
4. All dogs must be fully vaccinated or titre tested.
5. We have no control over the release of photographs being put on social media by other customers visiting the dog pool.
6. You are responsible for clearing up after your dog.
7. Please ensure your dog does not eat up to 2 hours before swimming
8. All dogs MUST have their claws clipped short to prevent punctures to the pool liner. Entry will be refused if your dog has sharp claws.
9. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the session with a full refund. Cancellations made after this will still be charged at the full rate.
10. Dogs with injuries, health problems or recovering from surgery must have permission to swim from your own vet.
11. We are NOT hydro therapists...we are a dog swimming facility with the sole aim of providing fun exercise and socialisation. No medical advice given.
12. Your half hour session includes time taken entering and exiting the pool. You and your dog must exit the pool swiftly at the end of your session to allow for access to the pool for the next group / guest.
13. A 1 minute swim equates to a 1 mile walk for your dog, therefore they will not and should not be encouraged to swim for more than a maximum of 20 minutes.
14. By confirming your booking with Trusted Pet Carers you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
15. Any owner of a dog fouling the pool will be charged a cleaning up fee of £45.00
16. You MUST inform us if your dog has a history of aggression, biting, is reactive, or unsociable. This does not preclude you from coming, it is simply to ensure the safety of staff and customers.  In these scenarios you must book a Solo Session.
17. Any dog booked into a group session must be dog friendly and if any dog shows signs of aggression or excessive dominance to others, owners will be asked to leave with that dog and no refund will be given.
18. Payment must be made at time of booking.
19. Owners are responsible for their dogs and accompanying family members/friends  AT ALL TIMES
