Dog Day Care is a place for your dog to spend the day with a friend, play, exercise and relax in the care of a loving home.  Whilst you are at work your dog can enjoy walks, cuddles, naps, training, playtime and plenty of attention.  If your dog is suitable for dog day care (house trained, vaccinated, neutered and friendly with people and dogs) then you can arrange a visit to become acquainted with your dog carer. 

Your dog carer will provide you with updates and photos, so that you know your dog is having a great time!

We pop-in, when you need to pop-out. We know that as much as you love your dog you can’t always be around during the day or have the time to walk them and give them some TLC, so we offer our pop-in dog walker service throughout the day between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and outside these hours and on weekends on request.

Introductory dog walker visit

Our dog walker will meet you and your canine companion beforehand, at a time that suits you, to make introductions and to talk through our dog walker service. You are welcome to join your dog walker on a walk before booking, so you can get to know each other.  Our dog walker will text you updates and photos and let you know when they have arrived and when they have left.

We aim to make each walk stimulating and a highlight in your dog’s day, giving them a chance to play, socialise and explore new sights and smells along with some important TLC.  Your dog will be walked in a safe open space and will return home, happy and tired after fun with their walker. We also provide fresh water, treats and towel dry your dog in wet weather.

Trusted Pet Cares dog walkers are trained to tailor each walk to your dog’s individual needs and will reinforce any training or routines or commands that you have in place.

All of our pet sitters will carry out pet visits in non-branded cars, to increase security while you are away on holiday. In addition, all of our pet sitters are fully insured, DBS police checked and experienced in animal welfare and pet first aid trained.

Our pet sitters look after Dogs, Cats, Puppies,  Small Animals, Birds, Fish and livestock. Don’t worry if you have more than one pet – the more the merrier, but ask us about pricing if you have a number of different animals as this will depend on the time it takes!  If you’re out at work for long hours or travelling away from home, your pets can stay at home where they are happy and comfortable.

We will come round to spend time with them, feed and water them. This means that you don’t have to rely on neighbours or family to feed your pets while you’re away. In additional if you have  livestock that needs turning out and then bringing in for the evening, we are able to visit your property twice a day to make sure they are well looked after, fed, watered, clean and comfortable.

Our experienced Trusted Pet Carers can provide pet sitting visits morning, daytime or evening, to exercise, water, feed and make a fuss of your pets and take care of your livestock. We can also administer medication if required, as well as bringing in post, adjusting lights and making the house look lived in.

Before you make your pet sitting booking we will visit you to talk through your animal care routine and ensure we stick to your normal pet care practise.

Pop-in home visits for cats is about your cat/s being in a comfortable, happy home environment with their normal everyday routines kept and with lots of safeguards in place but without kennels or cages. Our carers are not only passionate about cats but they take very seriously the care of any cat/s in their care.

Home Visits to care for your puppy whilst you’re at work.

Trusted Pet Carers can help by providing daily puppy sitting visits to help take care of your puppy without the worry of leaving them alone all day. We will visit your puppy at times agreed with you and provide updates throughout the day (if required!).

We take eXtra time above normal pet visits to  give your puppy extra TLC as well as clean up & straighten out.

• Food and water – young puppies usually need small frequent meals and we will feed your puppy during the visit, as well as providing fresh water.
• Puppy mess – we’ll pick-up any mess your puppy may have made and clean up after them. We will take your puppy outside to the toilet as soon as we get there and whilst on-site, to help with the toilet training routine.
• We will provide lots of puppy entertainment with fun and games, including playing with toys and interaction with your pet carer. 
• We can also provide some basic puppy training to reinforce your training regime and keep your puppy stimulated.
• We’ll then settle your puppy down for their next visit, or your return home from work.
• Once your puppy is fully vaccinated we are happy to include short walks, in your local area, to get your puppy used to different places, other dogs, people, smells and sounds.
